Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, password) and usage data necessary to operate the service (license key activity, billing records). We do not collect or store the HTTP traffic your proxy records — that data stays on your infrastructure.
How we use it
Account information is used to authenticate you, manage your subscription, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data. We use privacy-respecting analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which channels lead to sign-ups — these load only with your consent (see Cookies and consent below).
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing and AWS for infrastructure. For website analytics we use PostHog, and to measure which ads lead to sign-ups we use Google Ads conversion tracking. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we share only the minimum information required to provide the service.
Cookies and consent
Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent. Analytics (PostHog) and ad-conversion measurement (the Google tag) load only after you consent: in the EU and UK we ask you to opt in before any non-essential cookie is set; elsewhere they are on by default and you can opt out at any time from the cookie banner. Declining keeps PostHog and the Google tag from loading, and stops any that have already loaded in your session.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@gostly.ai.
